Shipping:



Processing your order.

We strive to ship your purchase within 1 – 3 business days of receiving cleared payment. (Weekends and holidays excluded) In the rare case that an item is out of stock, it will be shipped once received by our warehouse.

Shipping your order.

All orders will receive a tracking number once item is in transit. You can track your item on the assigned couriers website i.e. Australia Post, TNT, GO Logistics etc. Transit times may vary during peak periods or due to weather conditions. Delivery time frames may be extended in excess of 1 – 2 business days due to processing time frames.

Receiving your order.

We always advise using a home address that will be attended, as some items cannot be sent to P.O. boxes and parcel lockers. You will be notified if this is the case. By purchasing from us, you are agreeing to have the item delivered and left at the delivery address if it is unattended. We do not require a signature for delivery to be completed and the item is your responsibility once it reaches its destination.

International and Domestic.

TR Spares ships within Australia and Internationally. Please enquire for International freight costs Shipping to some Australian islands may incur an additional delivery fee, you will be consulted on this once your order has be received. Please note, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping, please refer to your country’s customs office to determine these charges prior to bidding or buying.

Pickups

Pickup is available from our warehouse at 45 Fairford Rd Padstow NSW 2211 for most products, please contact us on 02 97095611 (Mon - Fri 8:00am-5:00pm) or email sales@trspares.com.au anytime to book collection.



Returns:



Warranty.

Our 12 month new part warranty covers most cases of defective or faulty products. In the case of defects in workmanship or materials you will be offered an exchange or repair of item. The customer must return items to TR Spares for assessment by the manufacturer or us.

Refunds.

TR Spares retains the right to refuse refunds. Refunds must be actioned and sent within 7 days of receiving your item. The item should be in perfect condition, original packaging and include all accessories and parts. In the case of misuse or damage by customer, the item will be covered under warranty not refunds.

Exchanges.

We are more than happy to organise exchange for items. To be eligible for exchange the item should be in perfect condition, original packaging and include all accessories and parts. Please call or email us to organise an exchange.

Return Process.

1. Contact TR Spares via Ph 0297095611 or email sales@trspares.com.au .
2. Send item to return address provided, please provide us with the tracking number.
3. Once received, item will be inspected.
4. Replacement will be sent or money will be deposited via PayPal Or credit card for refunds.
